Initial cleans, deep cleans, and one-time cleans will be charged hourly at $40/hour. Move-in/move-out cleans will be charged a flat rate based on the estimated cleaning time.

Before my arrival, please clear dishes, trash, or clutter from surfaces and floors that you want cleaned or vacuumed. If you have numerous or small items on furniture or counters, I recommend corralling them in a bin or tray--especially small jewelry that could fall on the floor and get vacuumed. If you use a suction-cup mat in the tub or shower, lift it up between uses to let it dry and prevent mold growth.
